Biography

Georgia has worked in the disability sector for nine years in various roles including as a Support Worker, Team Leader and most recently, a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Georgia is a huge advocate for quality service delivery, providing ethical supports and is a passionate advocate in supporting people to live their best lives in a way that is meaningful to them.

Georgia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at Deakin University, where she has gained insight into the complex barriers people face when accessing services, strengthening her determination to help develop individualised systems that effectively meet each person’s personal needs.

Outside of work, Georgia is a proud girl mum and enjoys travelling with her family. Georgia describes herself as calm and easy-going which is an energy she brings into both her work and everyday life.
