Specialist Support Coordination

You have Specialist Support Coordination included in your NDIS plan — but what does that mean, and how can it help you navigate complex support needs and achieve your goals?

What is Specialist Support Coordination?

Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of support than Support Coordination. It focuses on reducing complexities within a participants support environment and helping participants overcome barriers in accessing their NDIS services.

Specialist Support Coordination is designed for participants who are a faced with crisis, or, have complex needs and receive support from other sectors, including justice, youth services, legal, health, and mental health services.

Specialist Support Coordinators will work with these services to support you to achieve the outcomes you want and progress your NDIS goals.

Our team can facilitate both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, depending on what’s right for you and your situation.
