Getting Started

What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is an NDIS-funded support that helps participants understand their plan, connect with appropriate services, and build the confidence to work towards their goals.

Simply contact our team by phone, email, or enquiry form. We will discuss your needs and guide you through the next steps.

Your first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand your circumstances, review your NDIS plan, and discuss your goals and support needs.

Funding & NDIS Plans

Who can access Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is not included in every NDIS plan. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances and funding decisions made by the NDIA.

Depending on your circumstances, there may be several options available. Our team can discuss your situation and help identify the most appropriate next steps.

In some situations, participants may be able to request a review of their funding. We can help you understand the available options and relevant processes.

What is Specialist Support Coordination?

Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of support designed for participants with complex needs, barriers, or circumstances that require coordination across multiple services and systems.
